Weakened Friends Interview

There is nothing better than finding your favorite local band. That’s why I was devastated when The Box Tiger broke up a few years ago. But everything happens for a reason, since from the ashes of that project came Weakened Friends, my new favorite local band. The group preformed at Boston Calling this spring, where we talked about t-shirts, playing New England’s ultimate festival and the release of their debut album Common Blah, which came out on Friday. The album is a damn strong first effort for a band that has consistently been releasing good music since 2015, which feels like it has all been leading up to Common Blah. If you have a moment, be sure to listen to the new album and check out this conversation!
